Sequoyah's back!

It's been nine months since I had a spinal fusion, and it worked! Recovery was very slow, very painful, very long. A fall five months after the fusion wrenched my back and delayed recovery requiring additional physical therapy. PT included pool therapy and the pool chemical caused a skin rash—but I have recovered.

As a test, foolish risk and all that, my beloved and I flew to Seattle and took two weeks driving in Canada, Washington, Oregon and California then relaxed on a California beach for a week, something I would not have been able to do during the previous three years.

I'm back, getting into a new routine including writing. Chapter Forty-seven of Sage is underway and should be ready for posting as an October gift.

While I didn't respond to all the e-mails with advise, best wishes, positive thoughts and prayers I received during recovery, they they were deeply appreciated!
